Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Faith Christian). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Gaylesville Trojans 87-42. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Lions as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Faith Christian's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-12. As for Gaylesville, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Faith Christian will challenge Ragland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gaylesville, they will be playing at home against Spring Garden at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Spring Garden knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 15 contests -- so hopefully Gaylesville likes a good challenge.
