South Johnston had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the East Wake Warriors get on the board and left with an 11-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Trojans as they're now sitting on 20 straight.
Ava Strickland made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. Strickland was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run and one double.
