Volleyball Recap: Babcock Wins Going Away Against South Fort Myers

Babcock won the last time they faced South Fort Myers and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Trailblazers put the hurt on the Wolfpack with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trailblazers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-9, 25-17.

Babcock found their leader in sophomore Lilly Palmeri, who had eight digs and two assists.

Babcock was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 20 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in August of 2024.

Despite the loss, South Fort Myers still got an impressive performance from Jerzi Nace, who had six aces and five digs.

Babcock's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Babcock will take on Lemon Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. South Fort Myers has already played their next matchup (against Mariner), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
