Volleyball Recap: Soddy Daisy Find Success

Soddy Daisy won the last time they faced Gordon Lee and things went their way on Tuesday too. Soddy Daisy walked away with a 2-0 victory over Gordon Lee. The win made it back-to-back victories for Soddy Daisy.

Leah Morgan paced Soddy Daisy's offense, picking up nine kills. Morgan got some help from Wetherly Barker and her nine assists. Aubrey Renfro controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Soddy Daisy's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Soddy Daisy will square off against Rhea County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Gordon Lee, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against North Murray on the 12th.
