Basketball Game Preview: North County Raiders vs. Arcadia Valley Tigers

North County is on a six-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, Arcadia Valley a four-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change on Wednesday. The North County Raiders will welcome the Arcadia Valley Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Last Friday, North County had to suffer through a 80-41 loss at the hands of Potosi. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 385th, while the Trojans are ranked 56th).

Meanwhile, Arcadia Valley was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Monday as they fell 55-51 to Valle Catholic.

Arcadia Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for North County, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.
