Softball Recap: Great Crossing Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Great Crossing was the 7-2 winner over Harrison County when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Warhawks took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Thorobreds/Fillies on Thursday.

Mara Livingston made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashtyn Holbrook, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Great Crossing's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-11. As for Harrison County, their record is now 29-6.

Great Crossing does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harrison County, they will welcome Woodford County at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
