Volleyball Recap: Mescalero Apache Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Mescalero Apache was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Alamo Navajo Cougars. If the Chiefs were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Cougars when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-11, 25-12.

Mescalero Apache's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Alamo Navajo, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mescalero Apache will take on Gateway Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Alamo Navajo, they will square off against To'hajiilee at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
