Soccer Recap: Davidson Day Falls to Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill in First Game of Season

Davidson Day had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 2-0 to the Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion. Davidson Day were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2019.

Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Davidson Day will be taking part in a tournament against Fayetteville Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Cristo Rey Research Triangle at 4:30 p.m.
