Delhi Charter came out on top against Plain Dealing on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run second inning. The Gators blew past the Lions 12-6. The result was nothing new for the Gators, who have now won four games by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Delhi Charter, bringing their record up to 4-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Plain Dealing, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Delhi Charter will welcome Northwood at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Plain Dealing, they will square off against Lakeview at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
