Volleyball Recap: Chadron Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

The Chadron Cardinals beat the Crawford Rams 2-0 on Thursday.

Jezy Alcorn paced Chadron's offense, picking up six kills. Alcorn got some help from Jenny Pinnt and her 22 assists. Paige Slingsby controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Chadron is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-13 record this season. As for Crawford, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 15-8 record.

Looking ahead, Chadron will face off against Alliance at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Crawford, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Valentine on the 16th.
