Armwood extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Jayden Dryden. The Armwood Hawks walked away with a 46-34 win over the Freedom Patriots on Tuesday thanks in part to Dryden, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 15 rebounds. He also posted five blocks, which is notable because Armwood is 9-3 when he posts at least five blocks, but 2-3 otherwise.

Another player making a difference was Preston Achille, who posted seven points and six steals. Those six steals gave him a new career-high.

Freedom's loss came despite strong showings from Peter Radigan and Serigme Thiam. Radigan earned eight points in addition to 15 boards and three steals, while Thiam scored 11 points.

Armwood pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.3 points per game. As for Freedom, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-10.

Armwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 53-46 loss against East Bay on the 15th. Freedom has also already played their next contest (against Kathleen), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
