Basketball Recap: Windsor Locks Comes Up Short

Windsor Locks suffered their closest loss since January 31, 2024 on Monday. They fell just short of the Suffield Wildcats by a score of 61-59. The Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 77-50.

Despite the loss, Windsor Locks still got an impressive performance from Sincere Monroe, who went 13 of 22 on his way to 38 points. The dominant performance gave Monroe a new career-high in points. JJ Mournighan was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Windsor Locks has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Suffield, they moved to 1-3 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
