Volleyball Recap: Burlington City Takes a Loss

Burlington City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Collingswood Panthers. If the Blue Devils were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Panthers when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Burlington City's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Collingswood, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Looking ahead, Burlington City will head out on the road to face off against Camden County Vo-Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Collingswood, they will square off against Pennsauken Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
