Game recap: Cascade Christian High School Football Team defeats Montesano

PUYALLUP, Wash. - Cascade Christian (Puyallup, Wash.) grabbed the lead when Jaelin Goldsmith ran for a touchdown with under a minute left in the fourth quarter and held on to defeat Montesano (Wash.) 28-21 on Saturday. The score was the final lead change in a back-and-forth contest that featured two lead swaps.

The Cougars saw their 8-point halftime lead fall to one entering the fourth.

A 28-25 Cascade Christian victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.

The loss comes after Montesano defeated Kalama 41-14 last week. The loss ended Montesano's three-game winning streak.
