Volleyball Recap: False River Wins Going Away Against Mentorship Academy

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Opelousas Catholic, False River was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Mentorship Academy Sharks with a sharp 3-0 win. The Gators haven't had any issues with the Sharks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

False River's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Mentorship Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-7.

Coming up, False River will take on Glen Oaks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mentorship Academy, they will be playing at home against East Iberville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
