Basketball Recap: Reed Piles Up the Points Against Mcqueen

Reed hadn't done well against McQueen recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Reed Raiders really took it to the McQueen Lancers for the full four quarters, racking up a 53-19 win. The game marked the Raiders' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Reed's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Faanaetaua Puloka led the charge by putting up 18 points and five rebounds. Puloka is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Grace Maxwell was another key player, posting 12 points and eight rebounds.
