Softball Recap: Winona Wildcats vs. Alton Comets

Winona fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Alton on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Comets by a score of 9-8. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Comets: they've now lost seven in a row.
