Baseball Game Preview: Warwick Raiders vs. Denbigh Patriots

For the second straight game, Warwick will face off against Denbigh. The Raiders are taking a road trip to face off against the Patriots at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Warwick's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so Denbigh's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Warwick had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but Denbigh put an end to it on Tuesday. The Raiders fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1. The Raiders' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

For Denbigh's part, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Russel Clark, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Warwick's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Denbigh, the win got them back to even at 6-6.
