Basketball Recap: Mount Miguel Matadors vs. West Hills Wolf Pack
Mount Miguel took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (barely). They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the West Hills Wolf Pack 52-50. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Matadors have posted since January 26th.
Mount Miguel's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Hamad Elhamad led the charge by scoring 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylon Cardwell, who had 13 points.
West Hills is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
