Volleyball Recap: Boone Grove Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Boone Grove, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Marquette Catholic Blazers on Monday. For the Wolves, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Blazers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Boone Grove was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-15, 21-25, 25-21.

The victory snapped Boone Grove's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-3 record. As for Marquette Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Boone Grove will be playing in front of their home fans against South Central at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be the Wolves' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Marquette Catholic, they are taking a road trip to take on Andrean at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
