Recap: Eldon Mustangs vs. Camdenton Lakers
Even though the Camdenton Lakers scored an imposing 64 points on Tuesday, the Eldon Mustangs still came out on top. Eldon secured a 70-64 W over Camdenton. The win made it back-to-back wins for Eldon.
Eldon's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sydney Halderman, who scored 20 points along with nine assists and five steals. The match was Halderman's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Delaney Mcghay, who scored 25 points along with three steals.
Eldon has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Camdenton, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
After both having extra time off, Eldon and Buffalo will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024. Camdenton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lebanon at 6:00 p.m. on January 4, 2024.
