            Basketball Recap: Harman Panthers vs. Union Tigers        
        
		
        
        
            It was a proper cat-fight when  Harman duked it out with Union on Wednesday. The Harman Panthers were  outmatched by the Union Tigers and fell  72-31. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.
 Union found their leader in sophomore  Braylon Ward, who  went 10-for-21  on his way to 27  points along with eight  assists and eight  boards. Ward's big performance that  evening made it five games in a row in which  he has scored at least 18 points.  Corbin Streets was another key player,  dropping  a double-double with 14 points and ten  rebounds.
Harman's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Union,  with the  win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-10.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harman won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against East Hardy  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. East Hardy knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Harman likes a good challenge. As for Union, they will take on Hundred at 3:00  p.m.  on Saturday.
