Basketball Recap: Scott Comes Up Short

Scott's tournament run continued when they took on Brush on Friday. The Scott Bulldogs were outmatched by the Brush Arcs and fell 70-23. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Damari Dammons was a one-man wrecking crew for Brush as he dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten boards.

Scott has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Brush, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Scott will head out on the road to challenge Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brush, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Sandusky at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
