Recap: Fayette Ware vs. Riverside
Fayette Ware was the 3-2 winner over Riverside when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Fayette Ware Wildcats fell victim to a tough 6-1 defeat at the hands of the Riverside Panthers on Friday. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Fayette Ware was already down 5-1.

This is the second loss in a row for Fayette Ware and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Riverside, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fayette Ware will face off against Gibson County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Fayette Ware is facing Gibson County at the right time seeing as Gibson County is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Riverside, they will head out on the road to square off against Loretto at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
