There's no place like home for South Summit, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 6-0 margin over the Wasatch Wasps on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Wasps: they've now won five in a row.

The result came thanks to Toshlyn Louder's shutout, as she gave up just five hits. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in April of 2024.
