Softball Recap: Weehawken Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Weehawken's offense. They came up short against the Morris Catholic Crusaders on Saturday, falling 6-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Indians' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Weehawken's loss dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Morris Catholic, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-5.

Coincidentally, Weehawken and Morris Catholic will both be playing St. Thomas Aquinas the next time they take the field. The Indians will head out to face the Trojans at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Crusaders will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
