Springstead won the last time they faced Hernando and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles took down the Leopards 23-6. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Leading Springstead to victory were Tysen Norton and William Figueroa. Norton rushed for 134 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 14 carries, while Figueroa rushed for 108 yards and one TD.

The victory got Springstead back to even at 2-2. As for Hernando, the defeat was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 2-2.
