On Tuesday, Medway faced Dedham in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Medway Mustangs strolled past the Dedham Marauders with points to spare, taking the game 53-34. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.
