Football Recap: Farmington Phoenix vs. Fremont Silverwolves

Farmington had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They walked away with a 21-14 victory over the Fremont Silverwolves. The Phoenix have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Silverwolves, too.

Despite the loss, Fremont still got an impressive performance from Salesi Moa, who picked up 68 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Moa also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making seven total tackles and defending a pass.

The win got Farmington back to even at 5-5. As for Fremont, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-3.

As of now, neither Farmington nor Fremont have any future games scheduled.
