Football Recap: Wayne Piles Up the Points Against Rochester Prep

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lyons, Wayne was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Rochester Prep Tigers 50-0. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Eagles' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Wayne's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Rochester Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Wayne and Rochester Prep will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Eagles see the field they'll take on Newark/Marion at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Rochester Prep, their break will end when they face Greece Arcadia on the 26th.
