The King's Christian Knights will face off against the Gloucester County Christian Conquerors at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Gloucester County Christian took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on King's Christian, who comes in off a win.
King's Christian took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over Atlantic Christian.

Bridget Levandoski made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up four earned runs off six hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Kenleigh Welsh was a standout: she got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs. Ava Garcia was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Gloucester County Christian couldn't beat Calvary Academy on Tuesday even though they stacked five runs on them in the second inning. The Conquerors lost 15-9 to the Warrior. The Conquerors have struggled against the Warrior recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.
Sam Turing was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Alaina Aloi, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run.
King's Christian's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-4. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Gloucester County Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
King's Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Gloucester County Christian in their previous matchup back in April, winning 9-6. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Conquerors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
