Basketball Game Preview: Bremond Tigers vs. Shiner Comanches

The Bremond Tigers will challenge the Shiner Comanches on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Bremond is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They claimed a resounding 77-42 win over Big Sandy. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 400th, while the Wildcats are ranked 830th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Shiner). They took their matchup on Monday with ease, bagging a 78-32 victory over Bartlett. Winning may never get old, but the Comanches sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Bremond is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41 points. As for Shiner, their win bumped their record up to 21-9.
