Basketball Recap: Normandy Continues Home Dominance on Friday

There's no place like home for Normandy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They came out on top against the Troy-Buchanan Trojans by a score of 61-49 on Friday. While the Vikings didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Normandy pushed their record up to 8-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Troy-Buchanan, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.
