Softball Recap: Davidson Comes Up Short

Davidson fell victim to Baker and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Hornets, falling 15-0. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 23-0 to the Hornets when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Davidson dropped their record down to 6-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Baker, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 22-11.

While Davidson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
