Niobrara County skates past Burns with ease

Make it five blowout wins for the Niobrara County Tigers this season. They blew past Burns 78-45 on the road. The win was just what Niobrara County needed coming off of a 67-46 defeat in their prior match.
When it comes to explaining why Burns lost on Friday, one person who can't be blamed is Mason Medley. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. Mason Terry was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with two steals.
Niobrara County's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Burns, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
Niobrara County will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Southeast at 3:00 p.m. Southeast is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Burns, they will head out on the road to square off against Pine Bluffs at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Wyoming (Pine Bluffs is ranked 49th, while Burns is ranked 62nd).
