Softball Recap: North Lakes Academy Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for North Lakes Academy's offense. They came up short against the St. Agnes Aggies on Wednesday, falling 13-0. Having soared to a lofty 30 runs in the game before, the Huskies' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

North Lakes Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julia Peltier, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

North Lakes Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for St. Agnes, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Lakes Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Croix Prep at 4:15 p.m. on May 9. As for St. Agnes, they will square off against Maranatha Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
