Softball Recap: Trimble Tech Comes Up Short

If Trimble Tech was riding high fresh off their 22-7 takedown of Polytechnic last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trimble Tech Bulldogs came up short against the South Hills Scorpions on Tuesday, falling 17-2. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Scorpions from their previous meeting back in April of 2023.

Trimble Tech now has a losing record of 7-8. As for South Hills, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-14-1.

Coincidentally, Trimble Tech and South Hills will both be playing Arlington Heights the next time they take the field. South Hills will head out to face Arlington Heights at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Trimble Tech will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
