Basketball Game Preview: Regis Jesuit Raiders vs. Denver East Angels + How To Watch

Regis Jesuit is a perfect 5-0 against Denver East since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Raiders will head out to face off against the Angels at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Regis Jesuit's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

On Saturday, Regis Jesuit lost to Basha on the road by a 76-62 margin. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (59), the Raiders still had to take the loss.

Despite the defeat, Regis Jesuit got top-tier performance from Eric Fiedler, who dropped a double-double with 39 points and 15 boards. The game was Fiedler's 14th in a row with at least 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joseph Haubert, who posted nine points.

Denver East now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Regis Jesuit, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Regis Jesuit has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 34 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Denver East struggles in that department as they've been averaging 25.7 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
