Baseball Recap: Three Straight Home Victories for Timber Creek

Timber Creek won the last time they faced Dr. Phillips and things went their way on Friday too. The Timber Creek Wolves walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Dr. Phillips Panthers. That's two games straight that the Wolves have won by exactly three runs.

Hayden Knowlton looked comfortable as he tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Ethan Torres, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2. He also hit a hit, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Elijah Buffaloe, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-5.
