Baseball Recap: Harper Creek Takes a Loss

Harper Creek lost against Williamston on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Beavers fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 3-2. The Beavers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harper Creek saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Bess, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.

Harper Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2-1. As for Williamston, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Coming up, Harper Creek will square off against St. Joseph at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Williamston, they will take on Barry County Christian in a tournament on Saturday.
