Basketball Recap: Frankfort Comes Up Short

Frankfort was the 62-27 winner over Burgin when they last played one another back in February of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Frankfort Panthers took a blow against the Burgin Bulldogs on Monday, falling 64-29. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Frankfort's loss dropped their record down to 3-12-1. As for Burgin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Sayre the next time they take the court. Burgin will head out to face Sayre at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Frankfort will head out to face them at 8:00 p.m. on February 5th.
