It's playoff time, and Juab had no trouble coming through when it counted. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Manti Templars 49-46. This was a revenge game for the Wasps: when they faced off against the Templars last Tuesday, they had to take a 44-41 defeat.

Manti lost on Friday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Cadee Alder, who went 5-for-12 en route to 13 points. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jessica Larsen, who posted 12 points.

Juab's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Manti, their loss dropped their record down to 12-11.

Coming up, Juab will face off against Canyon View at 5:50 p.m. on February 24th. Juab has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Manti does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
