The Salmen Spartans just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the D'Iberville Warriors at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Salmen is headed out to face D'Iberville after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. The Spartans took their matchup on Monday with ease, bagging a 95-66 win over Walker. The Spartans not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since December 13, 2024 (when they won 81-42).

Bj Matthews was a one-man wrecking crew as he shot 67% from the field on his way to 26 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kendall Vontoure, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 12 boards.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Monday D'Iberville sidestepped UMS-Wright Prep for a 40-38 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.
