Baseball Recap: MVP Baseball Academy Takes a Loss

MVP Baseball Academy lost against ELEV8 Sports Institute back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. MVP Baseball Academy fell just short of the ELEV8 Sports Institute Eagles by a score of 2-1.

MVP Baseball Academy saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was ANGEL PORRAS, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

MVP Baseball Academy's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6-1. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the defeats came by an average of only 1.2 runs. As for ELEV8 Sports Institute, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

MVP Baseball Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Non Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on March 26th. ELEV8 Sports Institute does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
