Basketball Game Preview: Sentinel vs. Mountain View-Gotebo Tigers

Sentinel will face off against the Mountain View-Gotebo Tigers at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses apiece.

Last Friday, Sentinel came up short against Canute and fell 56-47.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Mountain View-Gotebo duked it out withLookeba-Sickles on Friday. Mountain View-Gotebo took a 49-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lookeba-Sickles.

Mountain View-Gotebo's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Sentinel, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.

Everything came up roses for Sentinel against Mountain View-Gotebo in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 76-27 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sentinel since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
