Softball Game Preview: Robertson County Black Devils vs. Ludlow Panthers

Robertson County is 0-4 against Ludlow since May of 2023 but things could change on Wednesday. The Black Devils will square off against the Panthers at 5:30 p.m. Robertson County has given up an average of 12.9 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Monday, Robertson County didn't have quite enough to beat Calvary Christian and fell 15-14.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Ludlow's offense. They lost 17-0 to Scott on Monday.

Ludlow's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Robertson County, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.

Robertson County came up short against Ludlow in their previous meeting back in May of 2025, falling 12-8. Can the Black Devils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
