Basketball Recap: Jack Gross Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Minnewaska Area

B O L D won the last time they faced Minnewaska Area and things went their way on Friday too. The B O L D Warriors walked away with a 75-65 win over the Minnewaska Area Lakers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

B O L D's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jack Gross led the charge by going 8-for-14 to rack up 25 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Hudson Vosika was another key player, putting up 15 points in addition to six steals and five assists.

B O L D's victory bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Minnewaska Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.

Looking ahead, B O L D will square off against West Central Area at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Minnewaska Area, they will be playing at home against Osakis at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Minnewaska Area's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.
