Softball Recap: Gordonsville Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

Gordonsville waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with 20 straight wins... but they left with 21. They never let the Red Boiling Springs Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The Tigers' pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last four contests.

Gordonsville let Laura Thompson and Bailey Stewart run wild. Thompson went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run, while Stewart went 1-for-2 with one triple and two RBI. That's the most hits Thompson has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Camri Johnson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.
