Volleyball Game Preview: West Field Longhorns vs. Logan Grizzlies

The West Field Longhorns are taking a road trip to challenge the Logan Grizzlies at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Field is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

Last Thursday, West Field came up short against Sky View and fell 3-1.

West Field couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Sky View a tough time in the first set. The final score came out to 29-31, 25-16, 25-20, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Logan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Weber. While the Grizzlies didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Warriors 25-20 in the first set.

Logan started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-9, 25-11, 25-17.

West Field's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Logan, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.

West Field couldn't quite get it done against Logan in their previous meeting two weeks ago as they fell 3-1. Can West Field avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
