Lake Stevens gave up the first goal on Thursday, but they didn't give up any more after. They narrowly escaped with a 2-1 win against the Kamiak Knights. The result kept Lake Stevens happy, as they haven't lost a game since September 15th.

Lake Stevens has been on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2-2 record this season. As for Kamiak, they moved to 5-3-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lake Stevens will take on their in-conference opponent Glacier Peak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Kamiak is set to challenge their familiar foe Jackson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
